Interview
The interview process was disappointing due to poor interaction and engagement. The interviewers lacked genuine interest in my background, creating a cold atmosphere. Their bossy and authoritative demeanor, along with frequent interruptions, made it hard to express my thoughts. The technical questions were often irrelevant to the job role, reflecting a disconnect between the interview and the position's requirements. This uninviting and disorganized approach raised concerns about the company's culture and understanding of the role. Overall, the experience left me feeling undervalued and questioned the effectiveness of their hiring process.
Before any interview, try to understand more about the company as well as the job role for which you are applying. You can do a quick online search, go through the company website or read more on job search websites. If you know who your interviewer is, you can also gather relevant information about them regarding their education, specialisations and work experience. This may enable you to interact with them confidently.
