Interview
There are quite a few phases to get through the interview process with Nlyte Software. In the first phase you have a telephone interview, which is very straight forward and mostly about getting to know about your background. Then they provide you with a programming task that you need to complete and submit to them. After a review they schedule another interview which is technical and first focuses on your programming task and includes more technical tasks which you need to complete on the spot.

Very thorough and informative. Discussed past experience, Depth of technical knowledge and how it would apply to this job. Customer Experience and how to handle customer situations both good and difficult.
