Interview
Just submit a simple application form and they will call you based on their requirements. Supervisor took the interview and asked about your availability. It's a simple process overall and required no test, no additional rounds adn no background checks.
It was very tedious. They valued availability a lot and if I was able to work closing shifts. They were very respectful and treated me well. It was a typical grocery store interview experience.
