Applied online and then had a follow up interview on the phone. Very relaxed and well done. It didn't feel like it was too hard but they wanted to get my experiences from other work and such. Just what I expected.

Interview
The interview was brief, not more than 30 minutes. I was asked some questions about my background and I got to ask some of my own questions. I got to meet the team I was going to intern with and we spoke about what I could expect from the job.

Interview
The interview process seems very easy at first, until you get bounced around to many different people all asking the same questions repeatedly. Was given an offer by two of the people who spoke to me, than the third person rescinded the offer. There is a clear lack of communication here and no wonder they go through employees so quickly.
