NoRedInk Senior Full-Stack/Rails Engineer interview questions

Started with a 2-hour code exercise. The exercise completely stumped me. I just could not wrap my head around it. Quite a bummer because the company seems great. Sometimes you ace the code challenges, sometimes you bomb them like I did this time. Make sure you know how to come up with algorithms. Maybe even some statistics may help.
