Great initial interviews and positive feedback, but the process failed during the follow-up stage. I have been ghosted despite multiple reach-outs. For a company of this caliber, the lack of communication after an on-site interview is unprofessional and discourteous to the candidate's time.

Fue un proceso de selección bastante fácil y sencillo. Ellos tenían unas necesidades muy altas y fue una entrevista cordial y sencilla. Una entrevista normal, nada especial. En relación al inglés, van de internacionales y ni la responsable sabe decir "Hola" en inglés.
