I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Noble Group Limited (Singapore) in June 2012
Interview
First round of phone interview with HR - short and generic, basically hiring manager saw something in your phone and that is why HR is inviting you for an interview.
Second round of interviews at their office - met different hiring managers from three other teams, asked you about your background to determine fit and what you can bring to the table.
Third round of interview - met with the hiring manager again and another senior member of the team
HR intern sent me an email to set up a phone screen, first time I didn't here anything from her. She then sent me an email to apologize and requested me to reschedule the phone screen. Second time, she was late 30 minutes. Then she apologized and wanted to reschedule it again. I did as she wanted, then she called me finally but 20 mins later than the scheduled interview time. after than I haven't heard anything.
DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME INTERVIEWING WITH NOBLE GROUP. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Noble Group Limited in Nov 2011
Interview
Noble America came to my school for interviews for their Trader Trainee position. The interview consisted of a 1:1 interview with a current trader. It was a basic interview with questions based off of activities on your resume and a few situation based questions. There was also a 4 page assessment that was not timed (took me about 30 minutes to complete). After that I didn't hear back from Noble for about a month and a half. They invited me to Pennsylvania for a second round interview, but they had to push back their interviews because the traders weren't available. For the most part, this was a very long and unorganized hiring process.
