A recruiter at Noble People reached out to me via Linkedin on a Thursday. That same day, we had a short phone call where they gave me more info about the role and the company. They seemed impressed with my background and pushed me through to the next round and I had a call with the hiring manager the following Monday. Throughout my call with the hiring manager, they repeatedly mentioned how impressed they were with my experience and how excited they were for me to meet the executives I'd be supporting. At one point they even made a half-joking comment about me coming to work with them instead. I met with the executives the very next day for one hour total. They asked challenging questions and seemed genuinely interested in me. I then didn't hear back from anyone for a week and when I reached out to the recruiting team for an update, they told me that the role had been filled but offered me the chance to interview for a different job and when I responded with my interest in hearing more, I once again heard nothing back. And still haven't. I was disappointed that there wasn't any kind of update or feedback given that they had recruited me and had pushed me through the process so quickly. I understand that they are busy, but this kind of stuff matters.
