I interviewed with three different Noble Schools: phone interview and in-person at Rowe-Clark, phone interview with UIC, and two phone interviews and in-person interview at Muchin. I was ghosted by Rowe-Clark and UIC but offered a role by Muchin. The interview processes are grueling, and the leadership folks you meet will gaslight you about everything: school environment, student behavior (!!!), academic trends (!!!), and prevalence of meetings/observations. Observe and trust your instincts. The hand-picked AP or Honors classroom/group of demo students may not represent the students you'll be teaching.
