It's a second Nobu restaurant in Hollywood. Came at the restaurant for open call interview and it was empty.. I was the second person to be interviewed . The questions were easy, people were friendly too! Nice and smooth. Talked about previous jobs and about the restaurant. Salary $10-12 no tips. Didn't relieve a call back yet.

brief, asked typical behavioral questions. there is a two step interview process. they needed people right away so it wasn't long before they called me back. However, I don't see the point of doing a second interview for a crappy paying hostess job

Asked questions about celebrities and previous work experience. After you are hired you go through 12 shifts/days of a trial period before officially being hired. You have to go to corporate so that you can learn how reservations work and then training the different shifts.
