Interview
I delivered my CV to them on a job fair for students organized at my University, then I was invited to the job day event they organized and did speed interviews for the positions I was interested in. They then called me for a technical interview with the team and later on for another technical interview with the supervisor of the team. Most technical questions I got were logical questions related to networks / bandwidth. Not so much about digital design per se. On the first interview with the team I also got many interesting questions about a Master-Slaves networks of optical fiber.

Question 1
You have a device A connected through 8 channels that can transmit binary signals (1 bit per channel) at a rate of 200 MHz to a device B which you have to design, and which then has to transmit through a single channel of 1 Gb/s to a device C. What can you say about this network. What do you have to look out for?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied through the company website. I got an invitation for interview by email. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. Most of questions were about how to handle challenges in work space.
