3 stage interview with typical HR questions in the first round. HR, Manager are in the second round and the 3rd round consists of a future colleague interview. I would say typical recruitment process for a multinational company.

Normal process, not very complicated. General questions about experience, technical knowledge, etc. First approach is with HR, then with Line Manager (Hiring Manager), and additional people might be involved like Account Managers, peers, etc.

Smooth process, well organized. All the interview steps happened weekly with periodical feedback. It was a great process overall, quite transparent, and made me feel comfortable. I have been interviewed by different Nokia employees some more technical than others.

Sales experience? How do you manage stress at work?
It was a long and drawn out conversation leaving me questioning the future of the company and their ability to manage a budget and their employees. I don’t know what else to say other than I hated it.
