I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group in July 2016
Interview
First I was contacted by their recruiting manager for a brief interview. Then I had an interview at the location I applied for. The office was very unprofessional. I walked in and didn't even know who to check in with. They seemed like they weren't prepared for the interview with me. They ask me some questions that were brief and not difficult. They had me sit with someone on the team that I would be working with to learn more about the position. They had me make a phone call to see how I would be on the phones. After, they told me to follow up with an email telling them why they should hire me. I sent the email and the manager responded with "Thanks, we will be in touch." About two months have passed and I never heard back.
In conclusion, the interview was intimidating. They made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
There was a phone call for screening, another call on zoom which was 3 interviews back to back after that it was pretty much done. Not much else to say.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2018
Interview
It was not difficult, they allowed me to answer questions more than ask them, which honestly was better to me. I felt like I was overqualified for the job going in, but they made the job seem pretty significant.
