Interview
It was about 5 interviews, four over the phone and one in person. The first few phone interviews you are talking to a recruitment chair, as they get a feel for you over the phone. Then your office manager calls and sees how you fair on the phone. Then you go in for a 30 minute interview, very relaxed. Finally head of HR calls for about a 5 minute chat and hangs up. Then you wait about a week and the recruitment person calls you with an offer.

You will meet with a manager, do some role playing, and job shadow. Dress professional for the interview even though you will not have to if you work there.
