I applied online. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group
Interview
Called for a phone interview, and they were pretty basic in their questions. What qualifies you for sales, how competitive are you, what type of environment do you work best in, etc.

Question 1
All pretty standard -- have a good answer for "what is your weakness," though.
The interviewer asked very good questions and it was an overall pleasant experience. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the interviewer. It felt very comfortable and definitely helped me decide what my needs were and if they aligned with the company's needs.

Question 1
What was a time when someone wasn't pulling their weight on a team of yours?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group in July 2014
Interview
The process took about 2 weeks for me. I applied online over a weekend. On Monday I got an email from the NTG recruiter to schedule a phone interview which I scheduled for that day. The recruiter asked standard interview questions (what motivates you, what are you looking for in your career, tell me about yourself, etc). After the phone interview she let me know that they wanted to schedule an in person interview for the office I applied at. Four days later I met with two of the managers at that location. the interview was about 45 minutes, was very laid back and conversational. I did not feel intimidated at all or like I was being peppered with questions. After the in person interview I had a shorter 15 minute phone interview a day later with the director of employee development. The same day as the 15 minute interview I had an offer letter with the salary I requested and accepted the position. Overall the interview process was quick, comfortable, and inviting.
