I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nomad Foods (Woking, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Initial screening and first stage was great. The hiring managers were knowledgeable and inspiring. Be prepared for a technical section, core competency and behavioural. The recruiter was friendly and gave prompt feedback throughout the process
Final stage was a little odd for me, they were quite focussed on conflict management and we kicked straight off with behavioural questions which felt loaded and geared toward negativity before I’d had a chance to talk through some positives. At one point had the same question just fired at me in a few different ways and was interrupted twice by HR (?!) which threw me and felt stifling/lacking in warmth.
Perhaps I was just the last of the day and caught them in a strange mood but the tone was too much of a red flag for me
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Nomad Foods (Feltham, South West England, England) in July 2022
Interview
I was invited to three different interviews, always being encouraged and had to make a presentation for the last phase. I believe I didn’t succeed as since then I haven’t heard from them. I found it very disrespectful as I made myself available and didn’t even get a simple and easy email telling me I didn’t get the job.
