I had a very positive interview experience with Nomentia. In the first step, I spoke with the recruiter, who asked me about my professional background as well as my goals and aspirations for the future. The conversation was very warm, open, and respectful, and I felt truly listened to. In the second step, I had an interview with two managers from the respective department. The atmosphere was equally warm, relaxed, and engaging. I was asked position-specific questions, such as which KPIs I am familiar with and would consider important to measure. I also had the opportunity to introduce myself, briefly explain my work experience, and learn a lot about the role and the company. Although I did not receive an offer this time, I genuinely appreciated the process and would have loved to join the team. Based on my experience, I can warmly recommend Nomentia and will certainly continue applying for future opportunities that might be a good fit.
