Interview
written "test" followed by interview panel. Complete joke of a company, doesn't help when the owners are brothers. One of whom seemed to be only interested in the company from a financial sense

All technical tests are fair and a guideline to ensure we get the best candidates. No one has ever got full marks so this review is incorrect and the reason they would have not been offered a role is because they were not suitable and didn't pass the interview process.
