This position was advertised as part-time in the Indeed job summary. At the first interview I was told it was a 36 hour position at an hourly rate. I proceeded on to the second interview and was told I would be notified if I received the position in 48 hours. After not being notified after two days, I called and engaged in a game of phone tag for three days. I sent an e-mail and a handwritten note. In addition, I gave the owner an option to text or e mail me a response. He had three candidates to notify of who received the position. I was disappointed I never received any follow-up. I spent a lot of time researching the company and with follow up. I read Glassdoor and although overqualified , I applied because I value a kind and professional workplace. I was disappointed in the process of interviewing for this company.
