Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Noom in Aug 2019
Interview
The first step of the application process was an online form. You include some general info and you are required to upload a cover letter and resume, as you should anyways. I waited a few weeks to hear back after submitting this. The next step was a written test with four coaching related questions. None of them were outrageously hard but asked how you would respond to company changes, client questions, etc. Then they asked for a 1 min video describing why you would be a good fit for the company. After this I was scheduled for a 1 hour mock coaching simulation. This is the most difficult part of the interview process, but just meet the client where they're at and you'll do great. I was sent an email a few hours after this and was then scheduled for a final interview the next week. This was awesome-- I spoke to a girl my age who had been with Noom for 3+ years. She asked me a few questions but mostly let me drive and ask HER questions. Very casual. After this I was sent an email offer. Overall a great experience, very excited to join this company!

Question 1
What is one thing about you I couldn't learn from your resume?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
