I applied online. I interviewed at Noom (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Every step of this interview process was very enjoyable and timely!
Received an email 5 days after initial application
Step 1: Written situational questions, and taking a video of yourself explaining what you think are the two most important qualities to have as a coach.
Received an email 3 days later
Step 2: Mock Interview with a "client". Look up OARS and MI and have a good understanding of it. Be friendly, guiding, and personable and you should do just fine. I really enjoyed this process, and they said that it is a good look at what you will be doing during the day. If you didn't enjoy that part, you may want to consider a different position.
Received an email the next day
Step 3: Last round! Zoom interview with a current employee. The girl I had was very friendly, informative, and laid back. It's mostly situational questions, so be prepared for those. It was more like a natural conversation, so just be yourself!
Received an email the next day letting me know I am on the waitlist. Hopefully not for too long!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you have been on the waitlist, how long were you on it before receiving an offer letter? Please answer if you have any insight!
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
