There were four total steps to the interview, each round becoming slightly more challenging. There is a questionnaire, a one-minute video submission, a mock-coaching process, and a final interview. Most of this is digital, whereas the final round you interview with a person. Prepare in advance and you will most likely do well! A very important note for individuals who have gone through the interview process and did not hear back right away: It took an additional month to realize I had been waitlisted for a position. Reach out to whoever interviewed you! Lack of communication appeared to be rejection, and it was not. Save yourself the worry and ask questions regarding your standing. Some people get hired quickly, whereas some are waitlisted. It's just the way it goes and is not a reflection of your skills!
