Interview
The interview included two stages. The first stage involved a written and practical exam followed by the interview. The written exam was done in group setting then one by one to do the practical. (Appropriately label glassware then measure water to meniscus) interviewers were pleasant.
Initial call with a recruiter. 30 minute test, 45 minute interview with technical and situational based questions. Practical test in the lab on making standards. 2 weeks for an offer.

Competency test then interview usually on teams, the interview process is quick I got my job offer within 2 weeks of doing the test, questions were mostly straight forward and related to technical side of job
