The first was on a call. It went well and was easy but lacked clarification about the role. The second was in person, still lacked clarification about the role, lots of negative judgments in the air and facial expressions, lack of professionalism, no time to ask questions. All in all, not a great interview experience and a lot of wasted time for what could have been an e-mail.

There was lots of questions to which they would barely listen and then judge something badly when the opposite had been said before.

Good interview, describing the company, location, benefits (had powerpoint presentation) and asking about my resume, experiences, starting time, salary expectation, etc. There was an HR person, a senior engineer, and the structural team director in the interview. Said it would take 2 weeks for decision and they are interviewing others.

Long process with low salary, did the whole process and got offered to get the job, in the end they wouldn’t accept a 5k extra… “equity” between the employees. A good employee could save 10’s of thousands but 5k per year is the end of the world it seems
