Quite short (2 rounds), very open people, straight to the hiring manager and his supervisor. Started with some IQ tests. Got the job. But I guess it deeply depends on the unit for which you’re applying.

Contacted by headhunter. Took about two weeks before I got an interview with hiring manager. Got feedback one week later that I was through to second interview. Due to holidays, nearly three weeks later.
The technical interview was with a colleague of hiring manager. It went good. Due to holidays another 3 weeks before I was sent HR tests. I am still waiting for HR interview.
