Nordic Group interview questions

Interviewed sometime back. I was promised a job initially, but the company backed out. I left an interview review on one of the jobs portal website. Someone from the company called me with a passive aggressive attitude and questioned me on why did I left a negative review. They have the time to care more about the negative reviews than how to explain with a positive light. This says a lot of the organization. Those negative reviews left by the other employees on all the jobs portal website remains true. Thankfully, I dodged a bullet from joining this organization.

I was initially offered a job for the Purchaser position. However, The HR told me that the Chairman did not approve the hiring. There were ZERO updates from the HR, and I had to follow-up to the HR regarding the outcome. -Extremely unprofessional. -Playing candidate's time. -Retracting the job offer after confirmation. -Neither HR / Hiring Manager mention about the final approval is from the Chairman. -HR asking weird and discriminatory questions, such as age, looking for short / long term work (even though JD indicates that its a perm position). -I asked the HR for a reason why did the Chairman not approving my employment, and I received ZERO updates from them. -Seems to have a compulsory overtime of at least 45mins.
