It was simple. I was asked about my previous customer service experience and to explain why I would be a good fit and asked to provide some examples of my work history.

Standard Interview in Person. Asked the basics like tell me about yourself and stuff about your past experiences. Super easy process, and they pretty much offered me on the spot.
