Conversational with executive director and an unknown (title) person from management. I asked most of the questions. They expressed concerns about availability with applicants. The process was informal and unscripted.

Interview
I submitted my resume through their website and was called to set up an interview about a week later. This was an in-person, one-on-one interview with the operations manager, which took about an hour or so. After answering a series of standard interview questions, I was taken on a tour of the facility. I was offered the job that same day.
