Always changing - usually 3 rounds. FIrst has a panel of between 3 and SEVEN people. I only had 3; others have reported seven. Standard PA interview questions, but clearly looking for a behavioral component. Different individuals clearly playing different roles. Not sure they had read my cover letter.
