Multiple interviews with several layers of management to provide a clear understanding of the role and the company. I met with local management as well as the corporate team which allowed me to learn more about the company and the culture prior to making my decision.

Interview
Interviews are thorough. They take their time to find the right person. Everyone I interviewed with was very courteous. There were two separate interviews done with two different people. They were scheduled within a week of each other, however, it does take more time. Would have liked to have all the interviews on one day.
