I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at North American Lighting (Paris, IL) in Mar 2017
Interview
The process was very simple. I was asked about my manufacturing experience and if I was willing to work overtime and night shift. They really value people with manufacturing experience and require that an applicant is willing to work overtime and night shift. It is very rare to start out on day shift. This is a company you can advance in without a degree.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at North American Lighting (Paris, IL) in Apr 2023
Interview
It's real easy these prejudice/racist individuals hire anybody...they have a highhhhhh turnover rate due to how they function and treat their workers. They lie and create stuff to get you fired.they manipulate you...and when they can't get their way with you they will fire you.
I applied online. I interviewed at North American Lighting (Muscle Shoals, AL) in Jan 2021
Interview
There were several people interviewing the day I went. It was pretty straightforward. A few questions about dealing with difficult supervisors/co-workers and my availability and willingness to work overtime. Got a call back the next day and offered a full-time position pending background and drug test results.
