North American Signs interview questions

The process moved quickly, with three interviews scheduled over 2-3 weeks. During my last interview, I was told it was the final round and that I would hear back by the end of the week. However, I never received any response. I followed up with an email a week later inquiring about the status of my application, but still received no reply. I later discovered through a LinkedIn search that they had hired someone else a couple of weeks after my final interview. I found it very unprofessional that I was never informed of the final decision.
