Applied via district website online to positions I was interested in. Then contacted directly by the individual school locations to set up an interview in-person. HR department contacted me later to extend offer.

Very professionally well done. They were very invested in how I can cooperate with a district and manage my classroom. They asked good questions about how I would direct my classroom to reach certain goals and made sure I was a great fit for the schools I was applying for.
