I applied online and they will call/text you for your exam and interview schedule. Their recruitment hub is located in Makati (in front of RCBC Plaza), you will fill out an application form and after that, you will have an exam. Exam is composed of logic, reading comprehension, math, vocabulary and audit exam essay (5 questions) then after that, you will be interviewed by the HR. They will schedule you the next day for your 2nd interview (HR Supervisor) then if you passed, you will have your final interview at their head office in San Juan with the manager. If you passed, they will give you the requirements. The contract signing and job offer is the same as your 1st day so I think you could not really get off of them.
