North Point Hospitality Group interview questions

I submitted an application under an African-American name and was denied despite bing qualified for the position. However, the applicant did lack the two years of Hotel experience. After this rejection, I submit an application under a white name. In my application, I had a photo of a white young lady. She was underqualified in comparison to the black applicant. However, she was the candidate selected for an interview! Only one year of administrative experience, and a couple of years working at Bath & Body works as a sales associate. This was in the Savannah GA location. I was selected for an interview by The Area Sales Director.
