Interview
The interview process started over the phone. Once you pass the phone interview, you have a one on one interview. The job is cold calling, so they are looking for people who just smile and dial. A large amount of the hiring depends on your referrals.
An HR representative from North Star reached out on LinkedIn and asked to interview over a phone call. They called on time and the interview was pretty relaxed and the interviewer was respectful and nice.
