Interview
It was a very thorough interview process. The process included a skills assessment and then technical questions about design work as well as general concepts and engineering knowledge. There was also a presentation with visual questions as well.

The interview process was very drawn out, lasting over 2 months. i started with an outside recruiter and then it seemed to move in house. sounded like a good company to work for.

Interview
Applied online, received a call back a few days later for an interview. After initial interview, met the VP of Operations the following week for a second interview. It felt more like a conversation than an interview but we did cover the basics like strengths, weaknesses, etc. Received a job offer a few weeks after the second interview.
