The initial prescreen is a very rushed Teams meeting on the “details” — have your 30-second sales pitch ready and ask questions about structure, pay (if they let you). It’s not really an interview, but it still matters, and practice helps. The in-person follow-up felt more about human connection, conversation, and heart.
Go in with eyes wide open. Ask very specific questions about day-to-day duties, training, support, expectations, and payouts. This is a 100% commission job. The “base” is actually a $370/week draw against future earnings.
My takeaway: If you have hearty savings or financial support, are bilingual, won’t take no for an answer “this plan is good for you” mentality, can make a minimum of 60 calls a day in a back room, can network and learn completely on your own, and are never late or sick to not lose your place on "corp leads" — or just plain blessed — you’ll do excellent here and get the chance to truly help others pre-plan or at-need. Those who have the knack do exceptionally well and genuinely love the job.
