Northbay Products interview questions

Applied through Indeed. Got an interview a day later and jumped on a video call for 30 minutes. Barely had a chance to talk since the interviewer kept talking and felt rushed. Then I was told to do a design assignment: had 3 hours to design a landing page, IG post and a full page ad. Overall feel of this company: they seems to value quantity over quality = little to no growth in the long run or perhaps a burnout. They don’t seem to understand how much work it goes into design and how it can impacts their business. They wanted an Art Director/ Marketing Manager for the salary of a Jr Designer. I feel bad for whoever takes this job. Hope they know their worth…
