Had two rounds of interviews one with person in currently available position and the other with potential manager and department director. fairly straight forward and quick process. had to do background check, paperwork fairly easy to process. the whole process took about two to three weeks. had a point of contact the whole time for paperwork submission which made process easier and less stressful.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northeastern University in July 2022
Interview
Received an offer for a phone interview and a rejection email at the same time. Pretty unorganized, though they were serious about the phone interview. Received good feedback from that interview though was ghosted even though they had promised to get back within a few weeks.

Interview
Assistant set up a Zoom call. Call was roughly 30 minutes and during it the interviewer asked if I thought this would be a good fit for me. It was not and we ended on a positive note. The job's specifics and my interests were not aligned, so I appreciated having a check in while the interview was happening so it didn't get strung out.
