1. Applied online through linkedin 2. The HR will message you and ask what dates you are available for interviews and will schedule it 3. Interview #1 with hiring managers and team leads - introduction of your resume and experience and they will ask technical and situational questions on accounting and you have to give the correct journal entries or adjusting entries 4. Interview #2 - I had an interview with the CFO of finance in Manila - this focused more on my experience and my skills and what I can contribute to the team and why they should hire me 5. Interview #3 - I had an interview with the VP of finance in Australia, can be intimidating at first and but much more friendly and comfortable interview experience than the first two. He asked to walk me through my resume and we talked about my experience and my expectations about the role. I also asked him for advice and he was very accommodating
