Met with Seth and we talked for about an hour. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. Was then sent to the Director of Dining Services, who pitched the job to me and directly told me he wanted me for the position; wants to diversify his staff. Was then sent to HR to talk with their benefits administrator. The entire process took about 2 hours, as there was handoff from who would be my supervisor to his, and then his supervisor wanted me to hear about their benefits package. The deductible for their health insurance is high and it bothers me that dental and vision are additional premiums... there needs to be a better option for employees.
