Mine was a face-to-face interview. The interview result came quite quickly. Questions in the interview were not that difficult and you can find them on the internet easily. It is good opportunity how the unit flow would be.

The interview was pretty basic for a new grad. It's best to come prepared. Know some basic knowlege of common problems for a unit of interest. Overpreparing is for the better.
Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.
