I had first gotten a call from a recruiter for the job. They said due to COVID, that I had to complete the interview online. I received a link and it required me to record myself answering about 8 questions. It was a little uncomfortable. After that, I received a call the manager liked my interview and wanted me to move along in the process. I received a link to apply to and got a call for the job.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
