I was contacted by a recruiter. I passed the initial phone interview. The next step was a panel interview with 5 members of the finance department including the senior financial analyst. The interview went well where I asked questions and answered all their inquiries. I sent an email after the interview to thank everyone involved. To this day I haven't heard anything from LIJ Health System.

Calm, standard interview. Did an excel test so you need to be familiar with excel functions. Interviewer did take a while to set up interview call so the hiring process is ok.

Simple straightforward. Phone call Director, then team/managers, and offered by HR. However, HR did not give me the correct information regarding the benefits. Had to learn from orientation my benefits were incorrect.
