Interviewed by a panel of 4 and I was nervous because I have never been interviewed by more than one person at before… they made me feel comfortable during the interview process.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.

They ask a lot of questions about the type of person you are and what you’d do given a certain situation. They want to know how you will grow yourself within the company and reach for higher levels.
