I applied online. I interviewed at Northwest Bank (Buffalo, NY)
Interview
Phone interview was pretty straightforward and asked questions related to everything listed on resume. This was for a new grad so be prepared to answer any question for courses/topics too that you listed on resume.

Question 1
Some questions related to OOP, and then dug into courses that were mentioned on resume like Machine Learning, etc.
Wonderful interview, thorough, informative, friendly. It was a pleasure meeting the manager and team. I truly wish it could have worked out. Manager accommodated my schedule for the interview and checked on benefits I inquired about.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwest Bank (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview with HR was very friendly and upbeat, energetic. The interview with leadership was not very warm, there were two interviewers, one was very nice the other seemed to be distracted by something on his computer. I followed up with HR and received no response, and then waited a full three weeks before realizing that I hadn't gotten the job. I am not the best interviewee, I'm nervous and awkward, However I'm a highly qualified candidate for the role I was applying for with years of experience, two applicable credentials, and a high levell of education and experience. It should seem like a no-brainer to put together some sort of preformatted rejection letter to simply send to someone when they've taken their time to apply at your company. Ghosting is rude and unprofessional, and so was one of the managers. After getting over the feeling horrible about myself, I realized it's their problem not mine and I'm quite relieved I didn't end up working for this bank. If this happens to you, just realize it's them not you, and gratefully move on.
