Not difficult, you arrive and every staff member will stop by to ask you about your resume, experience, etc.. They keep the company very understaffed so everyone is quick in talking to you and a little-a lot stressed (e.g no one gets a lunch break or bathroom break ever) Aditionally it is highly likely that the employer will ask either a highly inappropriate question OR a question that breaks the law regarding your protected characteristic (gender/ethnicity/race/ etc....) or your intent to get pregnant and have children so keep that in mind. The interview itself is not hard and unless you fail the urine drug test or horribly screw up the interview they will offer you the job on the spot...because the turnover is high due to constant firing and resignations so best of luck!
