Average. The interview consisted of a screening, including a teaching demo. Afterward, an interview with two committee members and asked basic questions (I.e., why do you want to work here?)
Apply through HR. Interviews are small multi panel with department applying to. Open to answering return questions. Hiring process does take time so be prepared to wait for an offer.
