Northwest Health Services interview questions

The boss and the Nurse consultant were kind and friendly. They don't ask about any clinical knowledge but chitchat and my background such as visa and license status. Bit confused whther is this interview or what. But I like them all generally. I want to get an offer from them if I could.

Basic interview with Director and Supervisor. Everything was straight forward and nothing out of the ordinary. Questions around experience and why I was leaving past employer. I answered with wanting better hours to spend time with family
